That's what I was thinking. There was something mention the other day that CUSA was going to release something schedule related by the end of the week.

I agree - it has to be the schedule. So what do you guys think...Home opener is:
ECU or Marshall?
If I had any money I'd put it on ECU.

I tried to take a gander at Marshall and ECU Scout sites. I must say, what a pain. I much prefer our way with forums for individual sports. It is a pain to try and sort anything out on their boards. NO where near as active as ours either. I couldn't find any input on how the think/want their schedule to go.
As for me, I hope it is Marshall, but I have a feeling it will be ECU.

I actually like board consolidation ... everything should be based on a "tags" system instead. Then, it's up to the poster to filter ... the way it's set up now, I may really want to know something about the baseball team, but I'm not clicking over to that board since I predominantly care about football. Or, I have to click on 7 different boards to see all the news across MTSU sports. To me, forget it. I'll just check football and hope someone alerts me to bigger news in other sports.

I really hope this is a "Big" announcement and not something lame. I'm guessing it's schedule related, but hoping it's facility upgrade related instead (not likely). I like where this university has gone academically and athletically over the last several years, if we could snag an indoor-practice facility and a law school we would run circles around Memphis as an institution.

We're just a few days off the announcement that we're moving this year and we're already seeing one of our first benefits.
Getting the football schedule a full 1 to 2 months before we traditionally did with the Sun Belt and not getting yanked around by ESPN.
I'm going to miss being seen on ESPN but I'm not going to miss the bull sh** we had to deal with regarding ESPN screwing up our schedule. How many times did we make a sacrifice for the betterment of the league? I'm so glad we've finally separated from the Belt.

So the big announcement isnt the schedule? But rather, an announcement that we're moving to C-USA in July, something we've known for several weeks. Hmmm..... it's good news, but I was hoping for more news. I guess it's better than bad news :)
