Bowl Watch 2012
ULM is headed to the Independence Bowl. UConn is losing by four at the half. Pitt takes on South Florida tonight at 6:00.
Hopefully enough teams don't get it done and Middle can at least back into a good bowl situation.

The possibilities for MT if my info is correct, is the Liberty, St Petes, GoDaddy and Pizza bowls.

Re: Bowl Watch 2012
ULM is getting a nice $1.15 million payout for that one. That will definitely help out their athletic dept.

RE: Bowl Watch 2012
Yea hopefully. I think that would have been the best bowl time wise for us anyways. Let's hope it comes true.

We have to hope for Mobile
That's what things are looking like and let's just hope that's how it works out.

Re: Bowl Watch 2012
Initial impression of # MTSU's 45-0 loss and post-game presser: Bowl situation is very much up in the air

Possible Scenario :
Western to Mobile Bowl........... and upon official announcement of Bowl invite, announces a move to the C-USA
What if it goes down like that ?

Re: Bowl Watch 2012
B'Ham or St Pete (both ESPN bowls) only open if Pitt and UConn both lose, and then it's still a maybe based on other factors

Liberty Bowl rep says they can not take # ArkSt right now due to contracts not being broken. ESPN report is untrue.

I think we'll be in Mobile if ASU gets invited to the Liberty bowl.

WKU will bitch and moan, saying that we're leaving Belt, so why should Belt do us any favors ? Hopefully Massaro can work his magic. Western has an SID as their puppet AD, for their puppetmaster Prez Randall. tyler90wm wrote: I think we'll be in Mobile if ASU gets invited to the Liberty bowl.

Then, let the C-USA side of the GoDaddy Bowl help us out. BlueHillbilly wrote: WKU will bitch and moan, saying that we're leaving Belt, so why should Belt do us any favors ?

There isn't a Coosa side Isn't GoDaddy the MAC ? I'm afraid Liberty going to invite LaNeck, too. That would push stAte to GoDaddy. Not sure if we have a shot at St. Pete. May be between us and WKU for Detroit. BRaiderDave wrote: Then, let the C-USA side of the GoDaddy Bowl help us out.

I stand corrected. It is indeed the MAC. BlueHillbilly wrote: There isn't a Coosa side
