Pretty sure TooLame may be one of the last schools C USA might take back.

If as expected Boise and, SDSU head back to the MWC it will be at 12.  I do not know if they want an eastern front then.

C USA takes back UH, SMU, the two Florida schools.  That is a conference with five Texas schools, and four Florida schools a very attractive TV package.  That would leave Memphis, ECU looking for something in their footprint.  TooLame, Cinncy, Temple, U Conn, Navy, Army looking for a place to land.

I can see a C USA with up to  24 teams and a C USA without TooLame but a UL based a lot on two Bowls in a stadium TooLame wants out of.  That would be the ultimate.

Next Big XII, Big X, SEC moves will determine a lot, and that is a total crap shoot.

You mean things posted like C WTF?   Good thing fans don't approve members, because Middle and TooLame have been totally classless in their exits in respective leagues.

I am totally surprised at the venom from Middle, who have always been good conference mates.

The Marquette AD doesn't pull any punches. I also like the moments by Jason Kirk on the BE puting too much mph as on market over fan support and results. Hope CUSA takes note.

This is a good article. Notice the piece that I have saying all along. The Sun Belt has a bad TV deal that fat ass Wright Waters put us in until 2017.

This is why the Sun Belt sucks and we have to move on!!

I have no idea of what the chances are that some of those BE schools looking for a place to land would end up in the Belt, but I would strongly suspect...almost guarantee...that IF they did, the existing TV contract would be reworked and updated to take into account these new markets.

RE: Has Tulame Killed the Big East

The longer it goes, the more it looks like the current and future BE all sport schools will not suffer at all from the divorce.  The general thinking of the talking heads is they will retain their seat at the NCAA feeding grounds.  Both want the NCAA bids, and past money, and both want the name Big East.

If that happens we are exactly where we were last week.
