Lived in Lafayette in the very early 80's for almost 3 yrs. LOVED IT !! The place and the people are great ! Congrats on back to back 9 win seasons and back to back Bowl Wins !! GO Cajuns !!

Third time I am watching the yesterdays game, and better every single time.

And looks to me like yall got a good Head Coach. Fiery, but level headed to. Yall's team looked really coached up and played to the last tick of the clock. I really enjoyed that game. I posted on our board and there were some others enjoyed it as well. I hope to get back to Lafayette some day hopefully and enjoy the great vittles and the friendly people.

I have allot of health problems some pretty serious, so I may never make it back. But I have Great memories of Lafayette. My wife (she's from Ga. to) and I were married in Lafayette almost 29 yrs. ago. Our son was born in Lafayette, he's now 27 and married himself with a child and another on the way due in June.

He was born at Women's Hospital of Acadiana. So Lafayette is sort of like another home to us. I hope yall have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. GO Ragin' Cajuns !!

****P.S. Tell Santa to send me some good boudein and some crawfish etufee (probably spelled that wrong, forgive me) oh and ask him to throw me a few of them stuffed pork chops in there. Man yall sure know how to lay down some good vittles !!! Make a bulldawg hug a hound !!! Take care !

Thanks for the well wishes. You know...once a Cajun...always a Cajun. Plus...anyone wanting boudin and étouffée MUST have Cajun thoughts at heart.
