Notre Dame leads the Huskies, 11-8, in rebounding and 10-4 in pts. in the paint. Uconn lead the opposition 484-150 in pts in pt. this yr.

At one time, ND led UConn in pts in the paint 10-2. That stat is now 38-26 in favor of the Huskies.

#1 Uconn Huskies lose first game of the season at home to #5 Notre Dame. Stefanie and KML had 17 points a piece. Kelly had 13 points and Breana had 10 points. Uconn falls to 12-1. I expect ND to move to #1 in the rankings come Monday and Tuesday.

Big win for Notre Dame. We will play at Uconn in February and it will be interesting to see how we do. Connecticut, Baylor, and Notre Dame have/will all play each other in the regular season. So far...Baylor is 1-0 vs Notre Dame, Notre Dame is 1-0 vs Uconn, Uconn is 0-1 vs Notre Dame.
