Duke's Quarterback
Renfree was severly injured on the last pay and needed surgery today. Hopefully he fully recovers. Still an outstanding good hit and victory for the Bearcats.

Re: Duke's Quarterback
Really sorry to hear this. He's a good quarterback, and played a fantastic game. I hope he recovers quickly and fully.

Also really sorry to read this. What was the surgery for? My prayers go out to him.

Re: Duke's Quarterback
Duke had a great offensive plan. I don't know what our coaches saw on film but with us playing so far off Duke's receivers he dunked us to death. I think the play he was hurt was the only time we hit him all night.

RE: Duke's Quarterback
Hope for a quick recovery. I didn't really see the hit and I can't find it on the web.
What's up with these trolls? That could've been your kid or your brother? Show some damn class or get the hell out of here.

RE: Duke's Quarterback
You can actually watch the whole game from ESPN's website if you want.. I forgot all about that. Depending on your cable provider...
Just seen it, yeah he was destroyed.

Pretty hard hitting game overall. That safety that hit Kelce over the middle looked like a shell of his former self when he got up after the hit, I couldn't believe their coaches let him come back in, just to be injured again 2 plays later.

You guys see Duke way more than we do and maybe you're right. But I think I speak for most of us on the board when I say we don't want to see guys getting hurt. Maybe you should think about it for a second... It's great to see huge hits. I even LOL'd when Kelce took the shot and wasn't phased. But when guys get hit and serious injuries happen, it's not funny.

This! Incredible to me...and ESPN announcers barely mentioned it...yet spent nearly a day harpin' on Cutcliffe's assertion that UC cheated on the FG substitution.
