About time. We needed to capitalize on the momentum from hiring TT.

Hahaha, I wish I had that kind of cash :( maybe one day. If we could get all the alumni to donate just 100 bucks over the course of a year we would have nippert and 5/3rd done.

How about 5 year commitments, $1000 @ $200/year, just in case cash is tight one year, you can still make it up, plus makes for a steady income to fund as we go along

Much as reported in Business Courier article, press box extended length of field with luxury suites and club seats added.

I bet they only add 2k-4k at most so look at around 37k-39k.

You want to tear down a building that Mrs. Nippert donated $15 million to renovate?

I don't want to see Schmidlapp torn down---not that I believe they'd consider it.  If the picture in the link provided above is accurate, I'd be willing to bet new capacity would be around 40-42K.  That's enough.  What's necessary is a more comfortable stadium with more up-to-date amenities and income producing club seats and suites.  In my opinion, Nippert needs to walk the fine line between quaint/historic and modern/big time.  The stadium is located in the center of campus, so it's important that it remain homogeneous.
