Are We There Yet?
The day of reckoning, AKA, NLI is upon us. This is the last weekend for visits. Earlier it was posted that our class was completed with two in-state recruits. That's proven erroneous. Also, info. shared with Nate by Coach Enos indicates material not found on this board relative to commits. Well...are we there yet, are we finished, is the staff looking for a player or so? What position(s) hasn't been covered in this class? SHALOM |

I don't think we'll know until Wednesday who will complete this class. I'm wondering if there are still 1-2 surprises to put this group into the next level. I really wish we could've held onto Morrow.
Whoever gets added I hope he can play DE, LB or CB.

If we have room, it is conceivable that we could steal a plan B player from one of the BC$ schools. I say that keeping in mind the publicity Central is getting this week with E. Fish and J. Staley.

Canty will announce on Sunday I believe. Was wondering if his other QB comment is Chapman who was a QB in highschool.

As I've read, Chapman has always been recruited as a non-q.back at the collegiate level. My memory may be wrong, but it seems like he himself felt he'd be switched from q.back. I think Enos was talking about someone other than Chapman, but I surely can be wrong. I hope we can get the WI l.backer and the l.backer out of Lansing; both of these guys can run!! BW had posted that "Babkiewicz" was the d.end/rusher that had pledged. As for where that stands, well, "All's quiet on the western front". These guys sure could add some speed to our defense. I believe Canty's HS Head FB Coach is Marcelle Carruthers, a former Chippewa QB!

If Canty's the final piece of the puzzle, I'm still disappointed that we didn't get a little more athleticism at the l.backer spot and a rush d.end. I'm hoping that Canty is a puzzle piece, but not the final puzzle piece. I guess he'd be number 21? Wednesday could be special. SHALOM |
