Weather warning for tomorrow
Everyone coming in tomorrow may want to give themselves a bit of extra time as metro Detroit is expecting 4-8 inches of snow starting in the afternoon. Couldn't hurt to leave a bit earlier. Drive safely everyone!

10-14 inches for us here on the east side of Cleveland, with a blizzard warning thrown in for good measure starting at 7AM on gameday. Needless to say, we unfortunately will not be fighting our way to Detroit through that weather, as this isn't something we can beat by getting an early start. Not much else to say other than we'll be watching on ESPN and there at Ford Field in spirit.

They are now calling for about 2-4 inches, it is one of those how far North is it coming. Travel safe.

Snow is just starting to fall here in Detroit. Its nothing bad yet. Just a few off and on flurries.
I'm hoping any heavy stuff holds off or stays to the South of Detroit.

comming down at a good rate here in st clair county, weird thing it is comming out of north east, i guess a nor easter. Listening to 950 they ate mentioning lots of spinout already, this really stinks

Just decided, not going to take a chance, going to stay home in Jackson and watch on ESPN, it really does SUCK, but CMU has my ticket money, so not a huge loss

We already did our part to sell out the allotment and have no desire to fight the weather on the roads. Simply no reason to take the risk. It is miserable down here in Cleveland. The city sent home all public workers at 1PM and advised corporations to do the same. We're happily sitting at home with a hot coffee now just waiting for the game!

Yeah, snow is starting to come down pretty good here in Detroit now.
I hope they are able to use the tickets sold as an attendance number, because its definitely going to impact the attendance at the actual game tonight....

Thuse the reason why U's want to play bowl games on the south and west coasts. It may be cool (55-60) and or it may rain, but the roads will be safe and the crowds will still arrive.
As far as tickets sold; that helps the financial coffers. Support of the team takes bodies in the seats. Stay safe, but if you can get out and back I encourage you to attend. Those seniors have earned one last cheer.

i purchased my tix through CMU and helped the cause but opted to saty put, normally takes me an hour to get to detroit in this mess who knows and i did not want to risk me or my family. I was going to go with another couple, the tix were in my name at will call. FF would not let me transfer the tix that were already purchased to his name. How ridiculous, he only lives 20 min away and still wanted to attend. The person i spoke with said i would have to drive down in person and make the change to his name myself.

Lower bowl looks pretty good behind our bench for the entire length of the field. Other than that, the crowd isn't great.

I disagree chippit. I'm actually very impressed with the crowd considering the outside. I'd say 25-30k. Not bad at when th terrible conditions are considered
