I thought America was one of the most pro-hunting nations in the world?

Is she breaking the law?  If so.. throw her in jail.  If not.. quit bitching and change the law.

Half the people bitching about her hunting are probably th_1cbf1865.gif while typing out their anger and disgust... but the irony is probably lost on them.

She was hunting elephants in Zimbabwe a few days ago. That's sketchy. The US government is officially fine with elephant sport hunting in basically every country but Tanzania and Zimbabwe. That's why elephant trophy imports were banned from those two countries last April.

So the Dumbo killing she's doing isn't illegal in Zimbabwe, but sheesh, 300 elephants were recently poisoned to death with cyanide in addition to the rest of the out of control poaching in that country. There's less threatened elephant populations in Africa to take your shots at.

Problem is, the crazy bastards are changing or even bypassing many of our laws.

Well, the controversy and notoriety is getting her attention, and it will now make it easier for her to get what she wants, a TV show about her hunting and life...

THIS!!!  The level of hypocrisy in our world seems to be growing at an exponential rate.

The highest courage is to dare to be yourself in the face of adversity. Choosing right over wrong, ethic over convenience, truth over popularity. These are choices that measure your life. Travel the path of integrity without looking back, for there is never a wrong time to do the right thing

There were some that live in England that wanted Metallica canceled from performing at the Glastonbury music festival because their frontman, James Hatfield, narrated  “The Hunt,” the History Channel’s series on Kodiak brown bear hunting.

Well, they didn't get their wish and when Metallica arrived, they sold satirical tee shirts at the festival:

and they showed the following (probably NSFW) video just before they came out on the stage.  BTW, the guys in the bear costumes are the members of Metallica.

Metallica also put on arguably the worst performance of their career at that show, by the way. I have several friends in the UK who are metal heads who were there and they said that Metallica just stunk the place up.

I have no problem hunting for animals that you can actually harvest, even though I was not brought up that way. To quote Spock, "To hunt a species to extinction is illogical".

You should check with some of the local Chinese restaurants.  Might have some luck there.
