Proof that Tom Hicks isn't a baseball person 

I could only watch about a minute and a half of this dribble and had to cut it off.

 

I am sure that some of you saw this on FSN when it aired but I just found it on the Rangers Web Site.

What's this stuff about "the next 10 years" ??    Did Hicks already forget that he's in the process of selling the team??
