I get to select 5 keepers...here is who I currently have selected as keepers...

Albert Pujols
Chase Utley
Josh Hamilton
CC Sabathia
Dan Haren

Other Options

Ryan Ludwick...debating between Ludwick/Hamilton...I think Hamilton has more room for improvement....my damn Cardinal fandom is messing with me.
John Lackey...Haren has been more consistent.
Chris Carpenter...I think I can pick him up in later rounds.
Edinson Volquez...I think he will regress..his 2nd half was not near his 1st half last year.

What does Cardinal nation recommend?

If I plan on being in a keeper league for 5 or more years, I would pick guys like Pablo Sandoval, Colby Rasmus, Travis Snider, and other top prospects. They are hit or miss though. You could take Snider and have the next Vlad Guererro, or the next Laynce Nix. You never know. Personally, I tend to lean towards the REALLY YOUNG really HIGH UPSIDE guys, so that I can assure myself of doing well a few years down the road. Thats just me though.

As far as your list goes, Definitely keep Hamilton. I would put in Volquez replacing Haren personally, as I believe Volquez still has good upside to improve, while we pretty much know what we got with Haren.
