Anyone know when the gates typically open? I'm traveling to the game tonight.

Excellent!

When I went to Busch earlier this year, I had the pleasure of going to the Budweiser Brewhouse before the game. You can even see batting practice from the patio and it's cool being able to walk around the village area, etc. Beers are a lot cheaper too.

I would definitely recommend going there pre-game.

Gates open 2 hours before or 5:15 CT

Sounds like fun but I'm a month and a half shy of being 21 :(

Re: the Budweiser Brewhouse and anyone thinking about going there: it is fun pre-game but if you are going to sit there for the whole game make sure you buy the RESERVED tickets. General Admission tickets are not worth it.

I'm sitting in Section 149 Row 1. Pretty solid seats.

Pretty good pitching match up here. Have the Reds seen Lackey recently? They can't be very familiar with him.

He has made one start against them and it wasn't this year. On the other hand, Simon has been terrible lately.

Cool bucknut! Enjoy the game, and maybe add a few first-hand-experience comments to the game thread later tonight or tomorrow.

Wow, only $9 more too. I didn't make it up to the deck. I was referring to the 2nd floor patio, which is probably just under the deck and seemed to me to be first come first serve, although I left 30 min to game time. It's nothing like Wrigley or that crazy atmosphere, but it was really nice.

Greg Garcia couldn't possibly help less than Ellis.  Hopefully we will get to see him play.

Lackey scored his first run since 2010.
