Chance to win 3 in a row for the second time this year. A win tonight would give us a nice chance to sweep with Waino on the mound tomorrow.

Just saw the lineup. Bourjos back on the bench in favor of Jay, and Descalso starts at 2B. I have a question: are we going to use Garcia on the big league club? Otherwise, why is he up here if he's not even going to start at 2B when Ellis has the day off?

I doubt Lyons can beat the Braves. Hope I am wrong.

This is the problem. Keep Bourjos in and DO NOT play Descalso. Bring Wong back up. He plays most of the time so does Bourjos.

Mike Matheny is trolling all of Cardinal Nation pretty hard. I think it's kind of funny, really.

My only objection is no Grichuk.  I'd really like to see him in CF over a period of time. The guy has power and speed.  Give him an extended opportunity and find out what kind of contribution he's capable of.

Maybe on top of benching Bourjos and playing Descalso, Matheny can intentionally put the winning run on late in a game again. Matheny's decision making is not looking so great to me.

Being Floyd's first major league start in some time. Lyons has a better shot to win this game than he does and also two of there bigger bats are left-handed which helps.

WHY WHY WHY????

Why does Holliday keep swinging at the up and in pitch and hit little popups or weak ground balls???

Finally on the board. Lyons has pitched well tonight. Holliday finally got us on the board. Chance for more.
