Noticed that on yesterday's updates on mlbtraderumors.com that Trevor Rosenthal switch agents to the Boras corp. I guess that's when you know you are on your way! (toward being known as a quality player)

One thing I learned the last two years: Bet on the Cardinals winning when they are playing against Marcum. I always looked forward to seeing him on the schedule when he was in Milwaukee.

If that isn't the kiss of death...thanks, DMENS! I'm calling tonight's game 4-1 Mets, as Marcum goes 7 strong while also belting a 2-run dong into the upper pavilion.

Beautiful so far RB. I think we should have no problem tonight but tomorrow it will be an issue.

Are you in St. Louis or Houston?

Our forecast is for rain tonight so i always assume its probably been raining in the St. Louis area about 8-10 hours earlier.

I really think the Cardinals need to reconsider having 2 players playing 2nd base. wink

Yadi got a break, MAP can finally take a deep breath! wink This lineup looks pretty punchless with Jay, Cruz, DD, and Koz filling out the 5-8 holes.  Too bad Matt Adams can't catch....

St.Louie RB. Scattered storms is what is called for from 5 PM on. Sure looks and feels great though. I am not worried as i think it will come in late tonight looking at the maps.

Re: 2013 MLB game 39 thread: Mets at Cards: Wed 5/15

If my numbers are correct, a win tonight would put us at .667 at home, to go with the .667 on the road.  Not too shabby.

As for the two second basemen in our lineup, I am thinking of a better idea.  Let's petition MLB for a rules waiver; we need 10 players instead of 9.  We could put Taveras in that roaming short fielder position used by beer league softball teams.  That way, we could simply add Oscar to the three starting outfielders we currently have:)

Yadi definitely deserves it. Let's lock up another series win tonight. Haven't lost a series in almost three weeks. biggrin

Also gonna do some pbp. I'll do the bottom halves if anyone wants to do the top.
