When I saw him throw in Springfield close to the end of the season he was rasping it up in the mid 90s although SPF's gun is has always been hot. Siegrist has the stuff, frame, and size to be a #4-or-#5 in a ML rotation or a dominate loogy if given the opportunity. Have to like lived armed lefties their at a minimum these days in baseball.

It is much easier to call up a player already on the 40-man than to potentially have to remove another player first, then add another, starting the clock on a player not yet required to have been added to the 40-man.
