Re: Happy Thanksgiving to All
The Grinnell guy scored 138 points and the top scorer for Faith Baptist Bible scored like 70 something...I'm guessing that in the end as Taylor's points started to mount his teammates tried to help him set the record...sounds a lot like that high school football quarterback that threw for like 800 plus yards in one game with his RB rushing for like 400 in the same game, all in all scoring like 12 touchdowns...reminds me of my old super play action football on the old Nintendo or maybe Super Nintendo. I'll go now......................................

Re: Happy Thanksgiving to All
I am Thankfull for all of my new Cardinal Friends! I am glad that I found this forum, and I have been able to learn a great deal from you fine folks. The information about our Minor League Players has been a huge find for me, and the voting for the top fifty has really helped me learn more than I thought I could. Great Idea!!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you awesome Redbirds!!!
No negative waves man!

Agree HH. The top 50 teaches me a lot about our system and talent. Thanks to Z and Flusher for their collective efforts to enrich the rest of us.
Back to this thread. We fried a 16-lber and that'll define my lunch for the rest of this month and into December. Then we get to Christmas and the sequel, Fried Turkey II... Pray for me!
When I went to college in Iowa, HS girls basketball was a 6 v 6 (and in MS at that time, too) format; and there was a girl (Denise Long) who averaged 70 pts/game her senior year! MoF, there were several girls over the state who averaged 40+ points/game that same year. I'm implying that I'm not surprised a ridiculous scoring performance would occur in Iowa, first. However, I don't expect this to be a nouveau trend in basketball.
