Whose birthday are we celebrating? Fred Savage or Tom Hanks?

Since giving up 6 runs to the Tigers in the 6th inning on July 2, the A's have allowed just 5 runs in 59 innings (0.76 ERA).

Fortunately, Hammel already knows how to pitch to the Giants.

If he didn't, here would be my advice:

Watch out for Pence and Posey.  Keep them in the park and we win.

Don't throw Sandavol anything in the zone or even close to it and don't meatball Morse.

The rest of them suck, go get em.

Hanks, because he was a Coliseum peanut vendor.

Vogt instead of Frieman is interesting.

Edit:  I just realized that Cain is a RHP.  So, the interesting selection is Norris instead of Jaso.

Interesting to me that Vogt is at 1st and moss in rf. I believe moss is a better 1B but perhaps he is an even better RF

Let's make it seven in a row. I'm excited to see Hammel pitch tonight.  Should be interesting.

Didn't Vogt have a balky knee?

Maybe that's why he is at 1b

How the hell does a gb to the 2b become a close play? Belt looks safe

Vogt continues to contribute to an insane batting average.
