It's still unbelievable to see that Yankee lineup and know their payroll this year is $200m.

Yeah but a lot of it is tied up into a few players. I think most of the payroll is going to Tex, Soriano, Sabathia, Jeter, Ellsbury

I would like a farewell tour of an As player. I want to see Donaldson wearing an As hat in the Yankees HOF because he ends up so badass over his entire career as an athletic collecting multiple rings.

This jeter crap sucks

And Donaldson's streak comes to an end!  Hopefully he can put all that behind him, relax, and be productive again.

I'd be curious to see what the Father's Day card looked like that the Yankees bought the A's today!

I love this team.

Except when they lose a game. Then I kinda think they're lifeless and bad at baseball.

But they're winning today. We'll see if this lasts but I kinda suspect they'll find a way to lose a game sometime soon.

Who would've thunk it? Jeter comes out of the game early in his very last trip to Oakland.

10-3 A's bottom of the 7th.

I would never do that.

Sarcasm is the lowest form of humor.

You're too mistrustful of me.

Jim Johnson is terrible.

Can he be optioned? F Rodriguez or joe savery have to be more useful, right? When is he sunk cost.

I'm pretty sure there have been worse relief pitchers for the A's than Jim Johnson, but I cannot think of any.  He makes 2004 Arthur Rhodes look like an out machine.

tired of Jeter getting patted on the back for retiring when his contract is up at the end of the season. The guy is a geriatric out there making $12 mil.
