Flushing NY, was a Mets fan for 1 year (the year Howard Johnson won the HR title with 38, if I remember correctly). Became a Yankee in '95, guess I've been blessed with the timing so far. Now a lifer in northern Mass, saw a house with a huge NY logo in the window in Andover, ma, wonder if he/she has to repair that window often. Almost bought a house down the street, could've been neighbors...

How much per liter? Of course, the distances are different since many Americans drive 60 miles a day to work. It's about £1.30 a litre here, there are 3.785 litres to a US gallon so £4.92 and the exchange rate is roughly 2:1 - thats how I worked it out anyway. Pretty much everything is way more expensive in England than the US. Can I suggest to those Americans that drive 60 miles a day to work that they move home! |

Duke has been my favorite college basketball team since I was 5. It's hard being a Duke and a Yankee fan because everyone thinks I'm a frontrunner. I defend it saying that I became a yankee fan in 1991 when I was 5 and they were garbage. Duke I can't defend because I became a fan when they were playing national championships. |
