Dodgers Run Differential

Is now #2 in the league behind the Oakland A's.
Hugely telling stat.
We should be excited.

Much to be excited about.  This team has come together the last few weeks, and that nasty term CHEMISTRY is popping up in a very good way.

The bubble parties after a big hit are pretty telling of how this team is gelling.  Add in the galvanizing effects of Kershaw's and the rotation's recent dominance and you have a pretty solid team.

Re: Dodgers Run Differential

The run diff ....suggest 95 win season...if we improve bully by adding a solid SU and def a bit..we can can get to 100 wins..
We are 3 rd in run production w/o much from agon,.hram , ethier or kemp..so if 2/4 mentioned gets hot we will do better and score more..puig and dee have helped team a lot and uribe.

Bully being more important since we have lost 15 games by bully so far.

BTW..Gnats decline puts them at 88 win season for now...based on runs scored/given up

Beckett - comeback pitcher of yr..NL
Dee Gordon..comeback position player of yr..NL

Right now if I had to name a Dodger MVP it would be Gordon, a few weeks ago I would I would have said Puig but he has cooled. Gordon is getting on base, taking walks, getting multiple hit games, playing a stellar second base, stealing bases and scoring runs. He has been the consistant Dodger spark plug since day one!!!.... You go Dee!!biggrincool

Totally agree Sport...I love watching his at-bats (when I have the rare opportunity now)

Dee has made guerrero expendable.
Hopefully he okays 3b OK on AAA. Otherwise he is trade bait.

WHOA THERE, PUMP THE BREAKS!  I am excited about Dee as anyone, but I think we might want to hang on to Guerrero for a while yet.  He is going to be a stud and would already be up and raking in the majors if not for Mike Tyson Jr.    People clamored all offseason about our lack of quality depth in the infield and now we should trade it away?  I would give AG a shot at the super utility role this year and be sure Dee is legit for a whole season before we starting dumping a kid who I think is a future all star for the Dodgers.

I would agree if you limit it to just position players; otherwise, Greinke or Kershaw hands down, imho.
