RE: Henrik Ibsen Vs Shakespeare
Like most, I'm not as well versed on Henrik as I am Bill. Dollhouse, Ghost and one more I can't remember are the ones I'm familiar with..
Personally, I think Bill is overrated. That said, Troilus & Cressida is one of my favorite plays.

RE: Henrik Ibsen Vs Shakespeare
Ghost is so epic. Says so much with so little. Love the themes behind the mother's views VS the priest's and how they represent a dichotomy shift in society in general. The Priest flipping out about the insurance policy was awesome.
I am going to guess the 3rd Ibsen play is "Pillars of Society"? Also epic. And possibly my favorite play ever. "Doll's House" is alright, not really my thing.

RE: Henrik Ibsen Vs Shakespeare
Shakespeare plays:
I love Henry the 4th Part 1. My Shakespeare professor did it so much justice and then some.
Really, really like Hamlet, Macbeth, R And J, King Lear and Othello (IMO his best on a pure talent standpoint) - "the beast with two backs" - LMAO
I though Merchant of Venice was "eh" and As You Like It was really, really well written for a pastoral comedy.
At some point I want to read "Tempest", "Tony and Cleo", "Titus", and maybe Julious Cesar. And of course Henry the 4th Part 2 after I reread Part 1 yet again.
