McAllister is throwing strikes early.
Two quick grounders to Kip...a fisted single to right by Cabrera...and a weak 3-1 bouncer by Prince.

2 quick groundouts to 2b for mcallister. cabrera with a single to RF. then fielder GO to 1b. nice inning for zach. 11 pitches, 10 strikes.
say what you will about having a lot of BOR rotation guys, they're GOOD BOR guys.

McAllister threw 11 pitches in the first...10 of them were strikes.

A continued tight strike zone would be in our favor.
Detroit is a free swinging club anyway, while our guys are usually very patient.
