Starting Ubaldo for my fantasy team.

After getting losses on my team from Price, Dickey, Hammels.

I'm sure Ubaldo can't do any worse. excited

You have to throw strikes to last seven innings.

Seems like Cano thought so too on the payoff pitch.  Jiminez finally threw Cano a fastball and it probably freezed Cano and it seemed to fool the umpire as well.

My simple wish, as stated in the thread yesterday, was that Ubaldo would get thru the first with less than 20 pitches.

It doesnt look like my wish will be granted. frown

Jiminez velocity seems a little low.

Would be a reason why he is throwing lots of changeups.

Mosy of the called balls havent been close. If there is any good news, its that many of the balls have been down in the zone.

And as I type, we get PRONKED.

Based on the Gameday KZone, he isn't missing by much.
Sigh...bad start by Jiminez.  Not having any luck with his fastball.

He can hit when healthy. The problem is that he was rarely healthy....
