Game 3: Someone dropped the ball already...?

Game 3: Someone dropped the ball already...?

Myers puts the Indians behind for the first time this season.  I am worried about him, hopefully McAllister can step up along with Kazmir or whoever replaces him and Masterson and Jiminez can continue to pitch well and Myers can essentially be the 5th pitcher.
2-1 Jays on a Bautista home run.

we'll see. may be better if myers is sent out of town.

columbus 0-0 in 1st, akron 0-0 in 2nd, lake county down 1-0 in the 3rd.

in akron, salazar through 2.1, 0 hits, 1 BB, 3 K, 31 pitches through 2. moncrief with a single, aguilar with an error.

yan gomes with a double for columbus.

dejesus through 3 for LC, allowed a homer.

Haha...
Maybe did they recall anyone from Columbus yet for Kazmir's roster spot?  I am thinking they should have called a reliever and then just send him down for Bauer.

LC ties it at 1 on a single by garcia and some combo of errors and a WP.

salazar through 3 for akron - 0 hits, 1 BB, 4 K, 40 pitches, 27 strikes, 2 GO, 2 FO.

1st inning a 2 run shot

2nd only a solo shot

maybe Myers can go 1 inning without a homer this time?

I am shocked they haven't yet, it should have been a logical decision.

Santana and Reynolds go back-to-back to tie the game back up.

I was wondering why Marson wasn't catching today...oh well...good thing he wasn't i guess haha!tongue

Speaking of which, Shelley went deep yesterday didn't he?

Myers is probably going to give up two of his own just to be fair.

The wind must be really blowing out today. tongue

Re: Game 3: Someone dropped the ball already...?

marson catches tomorrow, i think. matt moore pitching.

i might have thought about sitting chiz against buerhle. but he'll probably be out tomorrow as well. francona quoted that by the end of the weekend everyone will have played, so we're gonna see aviles, raburn and marson sometime soon.
