Snow, Snow, and more Snow

Snow, Snow, and more Snow

Just thought I'd toss this in. With Opening Day right around the corner...winter hasn't given up. Here in Rochester today we are getting slammed. Official state of emergency...no unnecessary travel, blizzard conditions, just plain miserable. Supposed to blow out of here by tomorrow afternoon...but for now...wow...whats it like in everyone else's neck of the woods?

Someone told me they heard there was a chance of snow next week. Seriously?

I heard St. Pat's morning could see some flurries in the morning but nothing major

The City went from 60's to 20's in a matter of 24 hours this week.

Warming back up this weekend though.

...and don't call me Shirley

In the midwest we have had the worst winder in years as far as cold goes. We have also had some snow but more the sub-zero weather. Hey, insagt, I will be in your neck of the wodds in September. I'm coming up to Watkins Glen for the Vintage Sport Car races.

The Glen is awesome for anyone who loves fast cars.
We got about 20 inches of snow Wed. Yesterday it was frigid. Today 55 degrees. then in a couple days back down to the 20's for a bit. This has been a most unusual winter. snow has been about normal...but it has been a ton colder than it has been in years.

In Severn,Md just outside of Fort Meade we received 9 inches of snow on the grass and about 3 inches in the asphalt driveway on St Patty's day.
