Cuts

Jordan Palmer....Clausen gets the job

Adrian Wilson- bummed thought he would stick. Wanted him to take the spot

Nate Collins- was invisible during games but still thought he had a good shot. Good news for Austen lane.

Michael Ford- no shock..did not get one of the ten kr's last night

Add Kofi Hughes (WR), Greg Herd (WR), Derricus Perdy (CB), Peyton Thompson (CB), and Dylan Gandy (G) to the list, per Biggs.

Re: Cuts

The Bucs released Tommy Streeter (WR). He's 6'5" and pretty fast,4.39/40. I guess he was a numbers casualty. Sounds like a Jay Cutler kind of receiver?

Re: Cuts

Gscoop you confused me until I saw edit on your first postbiggrin.  Clausen more mobility, better arm strength and possibly the edge at decision making.  Even if decision making was equal the ability to extend the play gives Clausen the edge.

That is interesting! Not that I was expecting Jordan to make the roster but since Cutler is not going to play next week, we only have 2 QBs who are going to play in our final preseason game. So I was expecting Palmer to get cut after the browns game. But I guess the bears could use Lynch if they have to. Hopefully, they don't bring Clausen back in to finish up for Fales, if Fales gets hurt. That's what ended Sanchez's season last year.

I liked him coming out of college. Wouldn't hurt to look if they have the room.

Re: Cuts

Maybe Clausen plays a quarter???? But this last game will probably be a lot of David Fales. They probably don't want to risk Clausen much either.

Re: Cuts

Add LB Jordan Senn.  Roster now at 78.   3 more to go.

I agree and that is fine with me, just wondering what the plan is if Fales gets hurt.

Tall and fast but wasn't much at Miami and hasn't been able to do much but hang around practice squads. I'd pass.

Re: Cuts

Good question...also have to think that if they had decided to put him on the PS would they want to risk him playing really well and spark someone's interest to put him on another 53.
