Big Bank Theory is the best show on TV.

Wow, you have horrible taste in TV shows. Not only is Big Bang Theory not funny, but daring to say it's funnier than Archer is just so wrong.

I guess I am the only one that thinks Big Bang Theory is at least one of the best shows on TV.

What people watch isn't always what's best. As was evident by the short lived times of shows like Arrested Developement, Undeclared, etc.

So we are going to hold it against Big Bang Theory becuase they have the largest share of people who find the show entertaining? That seems like a faulty logic even for you Zito.

While the most watched show isn't always necessarily bad (Seinfeld was great), The Big Bang Theory is very bad. Archer is probably the funniest show on TV (though Louie is the best show that's considered a comedy and Community is my personal favorite).

Only reason more people voted for him is because the person he was running against was a horrid candidate.

I was a science guy my whole life growing up. I find the show amusing and witty. I guess its not for everyone.

Archer is the shiz. Funny as frack.

I'll be honest I ditched TV but even before that I almost never watched network TV. Cable has Sunny, South Park, Louie, Archer, Breaking Bad, etc. Only show I consider worth watchign on network is Community. There are shows I loved in the past and occasionally chuckle at like the Office and the Simpsons but they're not as awesome anymore, though the Office still has some great moments pretty much all of them involving Rainn Wilson.

I don't watch any TV aside from Sports/BBT/Discovery/History/News. I have never seen Archer so I'm not saying that its bad just that the majority of people in this country seem to think BBT is much better than "awful".

It's not witty. It's bland and predictable. My cousin is the biggest nerd I know, hands down, not even close, like he's the type of kid who was offered a scholarship to go to MIT. He loves comedies (Arrested D is probably his favorite) and he isn't a fan of Big Bang because it's fake nerdy humor. It's what people think geeks are, not witty humor. I've watched probably 20 episodes or so (my girlfriends father loves the show, but I call him Joe Everyman cause commercials impact him exactly as intended) and I don't find the humor intelligent or witty,  Ifind it as I said bland and predictable.

So let me ask you this thethe what woudl you say are the best movies of all time? Would you go with the IMDB top 5 of Shawshank, Godfather, Godfather part 2, pulp fiction, and the Good the Bad and the Ugly, or would you go with the adjusted all time top 5 gross of Gone With the Wind, Star Wars, The Sound of Music, E.T. and Titanic?

Personally I pick the IMDB one 1000 times over. Since while I've seen all 10 movies, I've only seen Star Wars and Gone with the Wins more than once from the top grossing films, but I can't tell you how many times I've watched the others.

The list gets even more Lulz as you hit 6-10 on the best selling with the 10 Commandments, Jaws, Dr. Zhivago, the Exorcist, and Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. Now I've seen most of those movies more than once, the Exorcist is quite good, I'm from a Catholic Family so we often watched the 10 Commandment before Easter, Jaws is awesome camp at this point and who as a kid didn't watch as many Disney movies as possible? But compare that to 12 Angry Men, The Dark Knight (bit of a stretch as it's still living on new movie love) Schindlers List, the Return of the King, and Fight Club. Again it's not even close.

So again when it comes to art, sales =/= being good or not.
