Could get really exciting if we win and the Nats lose tonight. And if not, then they can have 3 days off before Friday's game.

I would guess Chipper is being honored tonight so he'll only play today. McCann same thing.

Maybe they will jump on the X brave early and pull Chipper and Mac.  Jeff was part of the MacLouth experiement.  Gorkys is in Miami and can't remember who the others were.

Personally i think bc of what Chipper said yesterday that he is working on his swing and wants as many chances to get it going b4 Friday as possible.

i dunno...On TV Sunday they said about 5 times Chipper would NOT play today.
Said he did need to work on his swing but wanted batting cage time, not playing time.

Speaking of Nate...he sure saved Baltimore after they lost Markakis.  Good to see.

I'm shocked to see Chipper is playing today.  Everyone on the broadcast said he'd be taking the day off. 

Perhaps he's afraid of missing any opportunity to play before walking away forever.

does look like Locke has exactly nailed down a job for next year.

Uggla's been scratched due to hand injury form the "celebration" Prado to 2b, Johnson to LF.

Jeff Locke has been good in a lot of ways. He's got a 8.89 K/9 and 1.91 BB/9 which gives him a 3.48 xFIP. Problem with his ERA is way too many homers and too high of a BABIP.
