Kieron Williams

Most recruits don't make commitments to other schools right after an official visit, however, that's exactly what kieron williams did this past sunday. After taking a weekend trip to Louisiana-Monroe, the 6-foot, 197-pound safety from Shreveport, La., made his pledge to Troy Calhoun and Blane Morgan during an in-home visit.

"When i was on my official visit [to air force] a couple of weeks ago I thought the scenery was beautiful in and around the campus," said Kieron Williams. "The guys all treated me nicely. It's far away from home and that's what I wanted, to be able to experience something different. The coaches were all cool. air force has such a great atmosphere for education and for football. I'm not from a military family or anything but i believe I can adapt to the lifestyle. It's nice knowing once I'm done, I'll have a guaranteed job waiting for me."

Another A home town guy!  There have been quite a few outstanding Falcons from the Shreveport/Bossier City area... and this kid has some good size for a safety.

Welcome Kiieron... Best of luck to you and your family.  You're going to look great with bolts.

Congrats to Kieron and all the incoming 2013 recruits! I hope there will be a focus on making sure they can play by staying committed to being outstanding cadets.
