I wish the game was on national TV.  This year it looks like there are way fewer games on than last.

If anyone is watching today, then I'd be curious to see if they have anyone talk about what went on w/Murphy and the media last night - that Kevin Kernan and others have gotten on him this morning for apparently "becoming a nuisance" in the locker room during interviews that don't involve him.

The game is blacked out for me. I'll have to catch the replay at 9 on MLB Network.

Man, Montero is tiny. I figured when they listed him at 170lbs., that was one of those "that's what he was when he signed and no one ever updated it" numbers. Not in this case.

But as advertised, he throws darts. Good first inning.

Duda just hit a broken bat ground rule double that bounced off the warning track in right center...

Montero and DeGromm face 12 batters and retire 12 batters today.

Ike with a home run to right field. Imagine if he returns to form this year. It would change everything.

When I was in college, I got mlb.tv around the first couple of years of its existence to follow my mets.

As far as I know, they don't run TV commercials on there.  They run some screensaver basically saying "We are in a commercial break."  Well, they didn't used to do it like that... They used to just give you the overhead camera of the field.  You could see the players coming onto the field and taking grounders, etc.

Well, when they gave you those overhead camera angles, they left the studio mics on.  This was great entertainment for me to hear Keith especially between innings.  These guys made it extremely clear in the early spring how excited they were to be back in baseball.  And even clearer in the late spring how SICK of spring training they had become.

Keith trying to figure out all the player switches in late innings and all these guys with weird numbers was seriously hysterical.

Yup. Later they tried to mute the mics but sometimes they were a bit late and you could hear some hilarious commentary/player bashing from the guys in booth just after going to commercial.

A couple of our minor leaguers who I have never heard of, combined with Gonzalez Germen blew a 4-1 lead.

Can someone please provide a link to the spring training box scores?
Yahoo sports is only giving stories about the games, with no boxes, and MLB.com still thinks its last year.
Thanks.

mlb.com has it.  Maybe you need to clear your cache if you are only getting last year's boxscores.  Metsblog also has a link to it.
