Its interesting.  I feel our best chances of winning are when Wheeler and DeGrom pitch.  Niese, Gee, and Colon have really tailed off recently.

Interesting matchups this week with Wheeler and DeGrom facing Gio and Zimmerman respectively.

Lineup was going really well until it got to the bottom

Lagares   CF
Murphy    2B
Wright      3B
Duda        1B
Campbell   LF
d'Arnaud    C
Young       RF
Tejada      SS
Wheeler    P

The dreaded sig of doom has chosen future hall of famer Jason Heyward as its target.

May the baseball gods have mercy on your soul!

As "feel good" as it has been since the ASB....

Team is .470  ~76 wins.

Only 17 games in but the reality is they have to turn the "feel good" into wins or else what does it really mean?

Need a series win.

I suppose Tejada is playing SS because Wheeler has been a ground ball pitcher.

A Murphy triple followed by a DW RBI single gets the Mets a 1-0 lead top 1.

Is that Chris Young in RF? Ugh...

1-0 Mets...Murphy continues to rake. Sign that man to team friendly deal.

TDA leads off with a double, and once again CY proves his suckiness by striking out. Attaboy Chris.

Let Grandy hit against the lefty.

Each and everyday CYoung gets inserted into the lineup...the blood pressure thru-out this board.

2-0. Wheeler bails him out.

Nice to get the early lead. Hopefully Wheeler is on tonight.

Man Travis' throwing and recieving has been as bad as you can imagine. Wheeler having major control issues here, but his FB is freakin electric!

5 hits to 0....

2-1 Mets

You know Zach is pitching.

45 pitches thru 2. He'll be lucky to get to the 6th.

What Zack really needed in the top of the 3rd was some extended at-bats and/or baserunners, so he could get some rest and recovery. They gave him a 1-2-3 inning, with DW grounding out on his first pitch.
