Re: All Star Roster

this is a nice group of kids.  Looking at your offensive skill guys, you will have alot of options, you could run a spread type of offense or a pro set with TE.  What are you thinking, offensively?

There usually aren't any Centennial guys on these rosters, or if there are it's usually limited to a very few.  From what I've been told Coach Taylor's membership to the AZFCA is only in a technical sense (has nothing to do with the organization and their annual back-patting pow-wows).

With that said though this is the most impressive roster I've seen for one of these events in ages; getting talented, undecided prospects like Tyler Williams and Benoit is a huge coup in my opinion (as is a BCS conference commit like Nick Brown), and there's some very good high school linemen on that list like Brunetti, Renfree, Becerra, and Coleman.  Curious how the California roster looks as I think this roster has a pretty stout collection of D-1 commits/would-be commits (I'm counting two FBS o-line commits in Renfree and Pat Johnson, and an Ivy League commit in Nichols; both Relf and Curtis are headed to FAU, Brown to ASU, and Osborne and Zepeda join Benoit and Williams as guys who have D-1 offers).  This is a good roster.

Hmmm...I just realized I'm only a four-hour drive from the Inland Empire.  Maybe I should make the trip.

We'd probably need to rent a motorhome to accomodate the potential spectators that would want to witness the two of us in a confined space for four hours.

I know Lisa would definitely be in, but she can fit in the glove compartment.

We could probably rent seats to pay for the gas.  I'm sure there's some longtime posters who would pay good money for the privelege of listening to us yell at each other for five hours straight.

I'd be in, but I would probably only be able to take it for an hour or two, then the ear plugs would go in.  But I'm sure it would be very entertaining for the first hour or so. biggrin

I'll only do it if Woody agrees to wear his wizard hat the entire trip.

Both of my vehicles have sunroofs so that would allow me to wear said wizard hat without crushing the point of it against the roof.

Doh!
I can hear DW say, "I open the coffin...SLOWLY"; and, "Hey, all I need is a two or better to save vs. poison."
LOL
T...you crack me up.
Actually reading your comments back and forth is like watching a girls tennis match...back and forth and back and forth.  Who wouldn't jump at a chance to watch THAT live??
Count me in!

Thanks. I try to keep it somewhat comical around here.  Too many people post with a stick in their wazoo.

Well, you can see by my username and your pic what type of high-brow comedy we engage in
...and DW got mad at me for referencing his username to a regrettable night in Vegas.eek
