He was named the state's player of the year by the Arizona Cardinals.

Congrats to Finley.  He was truly fun to watch.  I got to see him live twice and on film 4 or 5 times.  He is the best HS QB in the state from what I saw and, if he stays healthy, Boise will have a good replacement for Moore and a potent thru-the-air offense for the next few years.

Big congrats to Mr. Finley.  I also had the opportunity to see Ryan play a few times.  It says a lot about his ability as a passer and athlete to see him put up the numbers he did with (no disrespect) less than stellar athletes at the skill positions for PV.  

PV obviously runs the spread ... wide open ... let it fly offense, but Ryan would put up some impressive numbers in any type of system because he is a smart kid who can throw the heck out of the ball.
