Mosley was moved from Guard to Tackle? Whats the reason for that?
Also stoked to see the three freshmen who seem to have earned a role on this years team. Rocquemore, Davis and Hunt

Mosley is probably the Offensive lineman with the most potential but he is still 2nd team. So he is kind of the 6th guy on the offensive line right now. Every Olineman has to be able to play multiple positions. Wimpey in a Senior therefore playing Mosley at LT is grooming him to be the replacement. Also LT is not the athletic pass blocking spot in the Aggies scheme. If it was Simonich would be playing there. Mosely can run block really well but watching him pass block and try to get out to the edge he is a little heavy footed and needs some work.
It is impressive that any of the freshman Rock, Davis, Hunt or Mose are second or 3rd team. I would put Togiai & Painter as pretty impressive too all things considered.

I was surprised on 1280 the other day when Zach Vigil talk about Painter and his potential. I had heard very little about him and wasn't particularly high on the kid.

Painter could be the Ace special teams guy like Centers was last year. At worst he could be good on scout team and really make an impact in practice.
BTW I asked Coach Wells about position battles. He said they are still up in the air other than the star guys like Chuckie etc. He also said a guy might start at Tennessee but after a couple games and through the year could be replaces. Remember when J Robertson was starting over Willie D? Love this mentality and mindset that you have to win your spot every day in practice.
