Tay Bender to IWCC

Tay Bender to IWCC 

Don't know why, but I'd like to see this kid wearing the Scarlet and Cream. 

I couldn't get the link to work, but there are 5 D-I transfers signed to IWCC.  Two DB's, a tall WR (2012 UCLA commit) and a DE from Portland, OR (UNLV commit).
