Good Class Bo and Co.

As far as I can see, I think we signed a pretty dang good class. + Dixon who was on the fence. I am happy, and now even more ready for spring game. Are there any more out there that we might sign? Or can we? GO BIG RED

I agree it is a solid class. No drop off like there has been in past recruiting classes. I think NU is good at 26 scholarships. I thought I heard them say they wanted 27, but I think with the class they have there is no need to reach on a player. They hit all of there needs. I would assume the extra scholarship will go to a walk-on. I would love to see Andy Janovich get one as I think he earned one last year.

I believe it is a very good class of recruits...I guess we will know for sure, sometime into the future, but many positions of need were addressed with (what appears to be) gifted talent. The one area of concern that I had, and still feel is of concern is the defensive line.

I agree, I think everybody is concerned about the Dline. We definitly have bodies to fill the slots, but how well they play and develop is another question. I think our Oline is good and our offense as a whole will be fine. Everybody behind the Dline looks good. We redshirted a bunch of talent, and we will see how they do this spring. I think a couple newcomers may play as well. Possibly Martinez, as we really need the speed in the secondary and somebody who can run guys down, and he brings both the wood and the speed. Can't wait for spring ball.biggrin
