One Team you would want to add to B1G
What is one team that you would like to see added to the B1G? For many reasons for myself, I say UNC.

Sisters of the Poor....in our division (we need that "for sure" win we used to get when KSU sucked).

Other than Notre Dame which will never happen, Louisville would be a good fit athletically if everyone can get used to a city-named school. They can never be overlooked in football as Florida found out and their basketball program is in the top 10. But I doubt they would bring significent ratings or whether they would be a good scholastic fit.

The Creighton Bluejays. Sell them the old UNO football facilities for $1 and then they can put a football team together and pit their "storied" basketball team against some butt kicking National Championship caliber teams like we have to deal with in the B1G and before in the 12(?).

Although I don't like them and it's a long shot, the team the B1G needs is Notre Dame.

Our h.s. team actually has all of the old UNO sideline jackets and some of the uniforms. One of our player's mom knew the equipment guy. |

1st choice: Notre Dame
well below ND
2nd choice: Oklahoma/Ok State
3rd choice: Kansas/K-State
4th choice: Tulane (strong academics and New Orleans/Louisiana market)

My first Choice is Texas.
I could be talked into Oklahoma or Kansas first...but in both instances, you would have to take Okie state or K State....
Texas...yes they were a pain in the Big 12...but I don't care about those issues...They bring so much to the table and open up recruiting in to Texas, like no other school would for the whole Big Ten.
They would be a great Rival for us...because we all already hate them.

Oklahoma. I'm old-school. I like the idea of Nebraska/Oklahoma on the last day of the regular season playing for the right to play the winner of the OhioSt./Michigan winner for the B1G title. Apologies to Penn St. and Wisconsin.

Vanderbilt I would be good with Kansas - but I don't think they fit the B1G financial profile (big dollar generator in football and/or large population of eyeballs for BTN). Their basketball chops might be enough to overcome that - those KU vs MSU/tOSU/Mich/Ind. games would pull good ratings.
