The replay didn't show Berggren was out of bounds on his nice move to open the game. I swear, everyone is scared to throw the ball inside sometimes.
Evans gets two decent looks and we're off to the races with missed shots again.

I think Evans is doing fine so far this game. He had a nice three point play and hasn't taken any really crazy shots. If he plays like this the rest of the season I'd be happy.

Once Ryan Evans graduates, who is going to be the player on the team that the dumbest posters irrationally hate, blame for every loss, say that Bo Ryan is a terrible basketball coach for playing, and wish harm comes to so he'll never play again? We've had one for years, so it'll have to be somebody. Brust? Marshall?

Are we the worst screen setting program in the B1G? Last few games I've watched it seems that no other program seems to have any difficulty beating our screens, even the ones we appear to be trying to set rather than the usual half-hearted ones. Today, Illinois is setting hard screens (some of them appear to be moving?-the defender is constantly shuffling his feet) and we're biting hard.

Today he's doing a good job of playing within himself but for the majority of the season he hasn't. If he was an underclassman he wouldn't get so much flack, but he's not which is why he does. |

Those are the Evans shots that drive people nuts. He gets the ball down low, holds onto it and then three guys are over him, and he still tries to force up a shot. Just kick it out

Remember earlier this year when Bruesewitz got his concussion and a whole bunch of posters cheered the news because they thought he sucked and that it would mean Dekker would get more time. But since all of the anger has gone to Evans, it seems people have mostly let up on Bruiser. That said, I do agree that people have been all over the place on Traevon Jackson so far. One game he's the next Jordan Taylor, and the next game he's terrible and should transfer. Don't understand why he's been so much more of a lightning rod than Marshall. That said, 3-3 FT shooting for Rayn Evans... have we seen that all year?

He shoots too much, but he's not the worst offensive player on the team. He's better, for example, than Traevon Jackson. I can't recall a team missing as many 2-5 foot shots as this øne, not tough shots or even highly contested most of the time That last five footer by evans was brutal  |

In Bo Ryan's entire tenure, Wisconsin is averaging a 50.7 effective field goal percentage.

This is one of those games that Berg should have dominated. Can't understand what the deal is with him this year either. If him and Evans were more like the players they were last year we'd have a few more wins this year and be blowing Illinois out right now.
