Or are you talking about Evan Anderson? I'm talking about whoever it is that keeps ending our offensive possessions without scoring I am talking about the guy with as many points as turnovers as points despite shooting 8 times! He has 2 offensive boards but 2 turnovers so that is a wash at best.

Re: Wisconsin vs MSU
We have done everything possible to sabotage ourselves in this game...really poor effort all around. We have been extremely lucky that MSU hasn't been much better and we have had some timely 3's. Evans and Jackson have played their worst games thus far all season.

Marshall is an enigma as well. I guess we have to be down 20 for him to get aggressive.

Re: Wisconsin vs MSU
Why is it that our guys look like they are always playing for the three? We have success when we do drive or pass inside, but we rarely ever do it, Why?

I take that back, Evans has gotten blocked twice trying to go to the basket.

At what point is enough enough and he sits down if he shoots another shot outside of 10 feet? jakeec wrote:

RE: Wisconsin vs MSU
LOL Evans being this bad is almost epic. have never seen a senior regress as much as him in Bo Ryans tenure. Actually most seniors dont regress, they remain the same as a Jr or they get a bit better.

Jackson and Evans are a combined 3-17 and we are still winning. so that is positive i guess

Knowing how much MSU fans hate Bruiser, celebrating that "flop" was awesome.
"It's why we don't make outlandish promises in recruiting, that you're going to be this, you're going to be that. We're up front with everybody in recruiting, so there's no reason to take on situations that are going to be detrimental to the team." - Bo Ryan

If we are talking about Marshall I want him to drive more and shoot more. Don't be the Curt Phillips of the ball team. I don't get why our two best offensive weapons are not the two we utilize most? Is it there fault they aren't as aggressive? The offense always seems to run through them and it makes no sense to me.

RE: Wisconsin vs MSU
apparently the point in the game where the refs ignore MSU. Missed a goaltend, moving screen and travel on 3 straight possessions while mixing in a phantom foul.

Re: Wisconsin vs MSU
That right there is why you go in to Berg. Even if he doesn't get the bucket he pulls the big men out of position and it allows us to get boards. I know Bo tells the kids this, I just think it's Berg that needs to realize it's ok to be a ball hog sometimes. It's better him than Evans or Jackson.

A basketball team that can't shoot is very painful to watch.

This team makes me want to tear my hair out and jump for joy at the same time. What the hell is going on with the shooting and free throws. I mean these kids should be able to accidentally make more than they do.

If we lose this game, it is strictly due to poor free throw shooting.

This free throw shooting is horrible! Just make one on each trip and we have a chance. Cant have the empty trips to the line

Do our guys even want to win this game? How the hell can a 5th year senior be shooting SO effing bad? They're flipping free throws. Haven't you been shooting those damn near every day since you were in junior high? Cripes.
