Re: Kevin Estes

Three SoCal commits in this class alone. Love it. Keep it going - talent rich area! This kid will be able to add a lot of weight to that 6-foot-6 frame. Nicer offer sheet. A bunch of Pac-12 schools + BYU, Boise St., and SDSU.

LT prospect to play opposite MAdden, with Morman and Dietzen maulers inside, hope they RS Dieter to play with them.

Re: Kevin Estes

Why would Dieter have to redshirt to play with them?  Year apart, plus they have to think about the immediate.

Re: Kevin Estes

Great pickup! GA and his staff are doing an excellent job in putting together a group of good OL of the future. They need to complete the job with a stud RB and we will be unstoppable in jamming the rock down the throats of our opponents for years to come.

Agreed...that is never going to happen with the lack of depth on the O-line...not sure why anyone would even bother hoping it would happen.

Hopefully you can add Jaden Gault to that list next year.

Yeah, I think we'll get another and put OLine recruiting to bed for the rest of the year. Uluave is my hope.

Congrats to the staff for snagging a prospect like this from the west coast considering the offer sheet.

I prefer big Wisconsin kids to pretty boys from California for offensive line. Give me a QB or WR from California.

So is it your opinion that they should rescind his offer?

Which uncommitted Wisconsin lineman would you rather have than Estes?

I just like big Wisconsin kids, I am sure they will be out there. Will see if the guy does anything. Look at the past on linemen outside of Wisconsin.

Life Rudolph, Gibson, Ferrario, Moffitt, Nagy, Havenstein, Marz, etc?

Five of those seven were drafted. The other two are still at UW.

Please supply five walk-ons from the state who were, in your view, better than Rudolph, Gibson, Ferrario, Moffitt and Nagy. (I'm guessing Wagner and Panos would be two, though Wagner was a walk-on because of off-field issues, not lack of talent).

Please include where they were drafted.

Gracias.

Great pickup. Kind of a quietly built but very solid OL class.

Re: Kevin Estes

Don't you have some work to do?

I am fine w the commitment, but just not a big fan of California linemen.  We will have to see what happens over the next 5 years w this kid or other types like him.

Believe me, there will be OL that come from Wisconsin in the 2015 class.
