Little John was rockin. Some student put McFarland in a head lock. Aminu got nasty on the jam!! We were a top ranked team.. Seems like forever ago, huh?

I liked our athleticism, particularly in the paint. With no bigs on the horizon, I am really glad Buzz is an amazing coach.

I love the new culture that we have at Wake!  I didn't see any players getting into fights with students like McFarland did that time.  I would take this culture over THAT culture anytime.  Buzz in and lovin' it!

We are about to turn the corner.  I saw a lot of positives out of last night.  We stayed with a very good Clemson team for about 10 minutes in front of a HOSTILE packed house.  The referees were against us, but we perservered!

Didn't Coastal Carolina win their? I don't know about you but I like guys that are feisty and mean, and that have a real nasty streak to them. I mean our guys aren't going out their on the court to pick flowers with the other team. Now they don't have to be DIRTY players, but a lot of attitude never hurts a thing just to let other teams know that when they play Wake that they are going to be in for a physical tough game!

Agreed I think Devin is this and has come along further than any of the other freshman so far. He showed flashes in last nights game in limited time. Maybe Moto, but no one else is at the moment.

I think reasonable people will enjoy that we beat a team that was 11-3 and had just beat the Holes (and I think was in the top 50 in the Kenpom FWIW.) Reasonable people will also know that it's just one game, and we still have lots of issues, and a long, long way to go.

I think everyone is already counting the BC game as a win, but they just whipped VT on the road last night, and only lost to State by 5 this past weekend. Anderson had 26 and 9 rebounds last night, Lonnie Jackson had 22 and 7, and Hanlan had 17 and 8. They are going to really be tough for us, as rebounding is our biggest problem.

We realistically could very easily lose that game, and if we do, this board is going to melt down for sure.

Then you missed the WHOLE point. The ones who whine and critique every move Buzz makes should be called out and NOT be able to enjoy the victory. Its not an over the top post its a you got called out so don't try and enjoy this win and wear your Wake shirt today like your some great fan - yet every other day you throw your own coach under the bus.
If you can not see what Buzz and the staff has done to turn Wake basketball around then you are BLIND.
Matter of fact I shared 3 or 4 laughs with real Wake folks (who cant post obviously) about the fact that I was coming home to CROW on the board!

- Dogging out our coach on facebook everyday and then putting Go Deacs knew you could do it as your status after a win like last night is as sorry as a Duke or Carolina basketball fan pulling for Alabama in football..... Like Sweet Brown says " I AINT GOT TIME FOR THAT"

Without much hope?  Have you been reading his posts this season.  He thinks we're just around the corner from going to the final four.  You have to pay close attention, but you can see RW's lips moving when S2 "talks."

This is definitely a tool thread, with a lot of awful posters who want you to be completely miserable in anything WF sports related and will do and say anything to get you to be as miserable as they are.  The only reason they are back is because some posters here will debate with them, but what they don't realize is that few to no posters here like the coach, but want to support and enjoy the team in spite of him.  But they don't want you to do this, so they keep it up.  This board is pretty miserable now because of it, even if you block half of the nonsense because it still shows up in quotes.
