BEAT STATE!
Its not going to be easy with both teams trying to get the win to become bowl eligible! But if the coaches actually have a good game plan and the players execute it, and leave everything they have on the field i think even though Carter finely has been avery tough place for us to win, i think we will have a chance! Interesting game, given last week's debacle.
Either the team wakes up and we come out big and roll y'all or the Deacons beat us in the same fashion and the season and TOB's tenure will be over. I do not see a close game here.
For those going, have a Makers for me and enjoy the tailgate at C-F.

I've noticed the odds makers have moved the line a little more our way as the week progressed. Early in the week we were +9 dogs (in the Charlotte paper). Yesterday +8.5. Today +8. Anybody have any speculation why the change?
Whatever the reason, I think we put forth a good effort and help the Wolffies pack it in for the season. This would be a really big win and I think the team knows it.

I actually think this may ba a very close game based on how up and down both these programs are. I hope my wolfpack wins big but I know better than to think this will be a reality.

I also think this is a close one. We don't win big, if we win it won't be by much and that is by design.

Your win would almost certainly end the career of TOB. If you notice no pack fan thinks we are good enough to just show up and beat Wake. We will have to play a good, disciplined game to win. |

Wolfpackdave we don't have a better coach I promise you he is just like TOB that doesn't like to take any chances, he would have done the same thing down at UNC ,that TOB did, So lets not get carried away, plus our coach is the 8th highest paid coach in America, so he is compensated very well for a 500 record! So as far as coaches their about even, and you guys have better talent then we do, it will come down to who wants it more, and who makes the big plays, and doesn't turn it over good luck! GO DEACS

"Tailgating" on my deck here in OH. Sunny and 68, have a 12 pack seasonal sampler from Sam Adams in the cooler and a NY strip going on the grill @ noon.
Hopefully will watch the Bees beat the cheaters until our game starts...then the Makers starts! |
