Vandy's recruiting class named the best in the country

I don't care if we make it to Omaha every year. I swear if we don't win a national championship under Corbin, those are gonna be demons I won't be able to put to bed.

Agree.  It's not going to be easy, but back to back #1's theoretically puts us in contention the next 3 years.  It doesn't appear that its slowing down either.

Does anyone know the rankings of our past few classes?

Last year was #1 at Baseball America, and the 2010 class was #12.

VU should have a great product on the field the next several seasons. Will be one of the favorites to win it all in 2013 after our close to last season with what is returning.

These are kids with noted potential who still have a lot of work to do to realize that potential...not to mention the need to meld as a team.  Their prospects look good, and I hope that they know that there are a lot of us who wish them well and are very supportive.

Any power hitters in this class?

In re: power hitters, you have to give kids a chance to adjust to the SEC game, but of the position players, Wisemann seems to have the most power potential while X probably has the most game ready bat. Dans, Kyle and Tyler are no slouches at the plate, but I would think X and Rhett would be the threats to hit double digit homers at some point in their careers (but not likely this year).
