Nick Christiani is pitching AAA and has a 3.02 ERA...a great stat in a tough league.  His ERA over his last 10 games is an amazing 2.13.  However, his record with the team is 0-5 despite only giving up 3 runs over his last 10 appearances while going 0-2.  I'm not sure what's happening, but it sounds like a combination of defensive problems and a lack of run support from the offense.  With those stats, he might get called up soon.  He's in the International League with a Cincinnatie affiliate.
