The Nashville SMA is 1.6mm likely too small. I get the Milwaukee comparison, but that is a holdover from times ling ago.
mlb network say that mlb has given up on the tampa bay area.they have well over 4 million people in that area and they are DAMN lucky if they draw 20,000 fans to the average game(sox and yanks not included of course).
