I've been twice and you will absolutely love this experience.

As for your questions, all seating is the same (big round tables in the open area of the Student Life Center), food is "baseball" fare -- hot dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, etc.

As for length, I'd guess 2 hours maybe? Starts with autograph session (great opportunity to talk to all the players), also a silent auction, and then the program which includes intro, video of last season, and then Corbs is simply amazing at introducing every player and speaking without notes on the particulars of the kid's baseball history as well as his parents, siblings, and sometimes even their relatives. He knows all the numbers and all the names. It's an amazing display.
