The 6-foot-3, 205-pounder, who is a rare ambidextrous pitcher, led the Packers with a 9-2 record and a 2.86 ERA with 49 strikeouts in 58.2 innings last season.Link
Here's a video from local news.

RE: Colquitt's McCarty signs to play baseball at Vanderbilt
I noticed he writes with his left-hand, so I'm assuming that is his dominant one. I'm really anxious to see this guy pitch; sure will confound some opposing coaches when it matters not who they send to the plate to face him -- he just switches gloves to match the batter.
Only 70 more days to the season opener.

What happens when a switch pitcher faces a switch hitter? My guess is that the pitcher has to make his decision first.

i've never heard of a rule involving a switch pitcher.i'm pretty sure he can use which ever arm he wants.i can't wait to actually see this happen in a game,it'll be funny as hell.
