I think what my friend Cdore was saying is that this basketball season has not been a whole lot of fun. Baseball gives us hope of brighter days.

It sounds weird to only support your favorite team when they
are winning. Not all of us are fairweather fans, especially when our team plays
incredibly hard and keeps improving. |

Some of you need to get over that dumb ideal that it's "wrong" to do that.
This guy has been here long enough, he can talk about whatever he wants wherever he wants as far as I'm concerned.

But to start a thread in the middle of the SEC season by whining about how it's not baseball season is bulls**t. And your liberal attitude about posts should really work both ways, don't you think? Or have vebiltdervan and I not been here long enough to talk about whatever we want? Jeez, you remind me of that old punch line "If there's one thing I can't abide, it's intolerance!"

Jeez, you remind me of that old punch line "If there's one thing I can't abide, it's intolerance!" "smugness" (for lack of a better term) to instruct a devoted fan to take his conversation elsewhere where it "belongs." Sorry. We'll just have to agree to disagree here. I think if it's about one the three main sports, I don't care where whomever puts what. Even golf, tennis, Titans, or boxing doesn't bother me. Especially if it's something to be excited about. Which VU baseball should be this year (k.o.w.). "Don't drop an H-bomb on the old fishing hole."
