#15 ranked San Diego St scored 9 points in 1st half

last night in what turned in to a 58-45 loss to Wyoming.

I guess Steve Fisher forgot how to coach last night. I'm sure all the fans want to fire him.

Crap happens even to good teams.

you know why this is so crazy of a post, they are ranked 16, didnt lose to Marist / Arky either with a total of 33 pts and arent sitting at 7-9 on the year...  Posts like this are simple shots at people and are STUPID, --  key, you arent stupid the post is stupid for the point trying to be made!!!!

Bobby Cremins recently retired after 31 years of being a head coach. Fisher should probably consider it soon. (but I can see how recruiting to San Diego would be an easy sell - he currently has FOUR transfers not including a juco and two of the four are from places that get REALLY cold)

Actually....

The point is even teams that ARE good and ranked #16 in the nation can have a crappy game and score single digits in a half. It happens. If it can happen to a team that is good, then it certainly can happen to a team that is not very good aka Vanderbilt.

Aren't almost all of your posts "simple shots" at people, or should I say a person aka CKS?

IMO people over react bigtime to things on this board. Another point to this post is freaking chill out. We are a young team that trying to find ourselves, it sucks to only score 33 points or 11 in a half like we did. But SDSU scored only 9, it's not the end of the world. Things can and will get turned around.

sports(highBBIQ) Don't let it get to you. You got me in your corner. I hate it when a much higher ranked team does something worse than us and makes you look like a complainer. Keep your chin up.

Why should Fisher consider retiring?! Have you seen what San Diego State has done the last four years? It's not just recruiting, either. Fisher really teaches guys how to play. When Kawhi Leonard was recruited, he was an undersized PF who couldn't shoot but was a great athlete. Now he's a starting SG for the San Antonio Spurs, shooting 37% from NBA 3-pt range. Fisher's a great coach and is a great fit at San Diego State. If I was an administrator at that school, I would let him coach as long as he wants to.
